Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Sensa AI (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa (registration number 2026/239774/07) ("Sensa", "we"). They apply to this website and to Foundation at foundation.sensaai.co.za. By creating an account or using Sensa, you agree to them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
What Sensa is
Sensa is a learning tool. It helps you learn the terms, structure, and logic of a subject as its official curriculum or outline sets them out. Sensa does not set, sit, or mark any exam, and it does not promise any exam result.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You may close your account at any time. You can ask us to delete your information as set out in our privacy notice.
Fair use
Use Sensa for your own learning, or to support a learner you teach or care for. Do not:
- copy, resell, or republish subject guides, or scrape them in bulk;
- try to get around security, rate limits, or access controls;
- use the study companion to harass anyone or to produce unlawful content;
- upload anything you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we tell you why first.
Sources
Each guide is built from an official curriculum or outline, and every claim cites its source. Sensa never uses leaked or real exam questions. Sensa is not affiliated with any exam body, school, or education department unless we say so plainly.
We work to keep every guide faithful to its source. If a curriculum or outline changes or we find a mistake, we publish a new version beside the old one.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Sensa available and correct, but we provide it as it is, and we may change, pause, or retire features. If a change materially affects you, we tell you inside Foundation before it takes effect.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Sensa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for exam outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, write to us first and we will try to put it right.
